Product Introduction

This is an electric basket rope clamp, mainly used to fix the steel wire rope and ensure the stability and safety of the basket during operation.

● Function: Clamp the steel wire rope through a bayonet structure to prevent the steel wire rope from sliding or falling off during the operation of the basket. It is often installed at the connection between the basket arm and the steel wire rope.

● Material: Mostly made of thickened galvanized steel, it has the characteristics of rust prevention and strong load-bearing capacity, suitable for outdoor high-altitude work environments.

● Structure: The main body is a U-shaped frame with double card slots, equipped with counterweight blocks with hanging holes on both sides, which can be fixed in series by steel wire ropes, and the overall structure is stable.

The Main Functions Of Mechanical Baskets Are As Follows

● Anti loosening fixation of steel wire rope: Insert the lifting steel wire rope of the basket into the double slot of the rope clamp, which can firmly lock the steel wire rope and prevent it from sliding or falling off during the lifting and swinging process of the basket, thus avoiding the risk of basket falling from the root.

● Operation stability guarantee: It can accurately fix the position of the steel wire rope, keeping the steel wire rope in a stable direction during the operation of the basket, avoiding the steel wire rope from rubbing against the basket structure and surrounding obstacles due to shaking, and reducing the twisting and winding problems of the steel wire rope, ensuring smooth lifting and lowering of the basket.

● Force dispersion and buffering: During basket operation, the steel wire rope will bear the weight of the basket, the weight of the operators and materials. The structure of the rope clamp can disperse the stress points of the steel wire rope, reduce local wear of the steel wire rope, and to some extent, cushion stress when the basket is shaken by external forces such as wind, extending the service life of the steel wire rope.

Applicable Scenarios

It is mainly used in high-altitude work scenarios such as construction and exterior wall decoration, and is a supporting safety component of electric hanging baskets. It needs to be regularly inspected for wear and tear to ensure a secure connection.
